About

Your lifelong home for transformative arts and culture experiences.

The Hoyt Arts Center was Founded in 1965 and serving more than 20,000 people annually, we bring art and history to life across two turn-of-the-century estates in scenic Lawrence County. From festivals and exhibitions to classes for all ages, we create opportunities for everyone to connect and find joy through the arts.

‍Our Center buzes year-round with art-making workshops, music lessons, historical tours, and hands-on classes for all experience levels. Our programs and events invite you to explore new ideas, engage your curiosity, and find your own voice—whether you’re an arts enthusiast or have never held a paintbrush.
